A limited number of full-time Insurance Sales team members positions are available to support our continued growth in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance. This is an in-office, training-forward role designed for people who want to build a long-term career by earning trust, setting goals, and staying consistent.

If you enjoy talking with customers, handling questions, and driving opportunities forward through to completion, we’ll provide the structure, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and grow opportunities by following a structured activity workflow, including:
    • Contacting and following up with inbound leads 
    • Making outbound calls and prospecting new customers 
    • Converting qualified conversations into actionable insurance opportunities
  • Manage client and policy information with accuracy by updating and maintaining records in our CRM/database.
  • Support customers from first contact through policy needs, including:
    • Answering questions and handling general inquiries 
    • Assisting with policy changes and updates 
    • Helping clients understand coverage options and next steps in a clear, confident way
  • Coordinate with underwriters to help applications and requests move forward efficiently, supporting timely issuance.
  • Own the follow-up process by tracking call results, documenting activity, and completing next steps so leads don’t slip away.
  • Deliver a professional, customer-first experience at every interaction—phone, email, and in person.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
  • A team player mindset with a positive, competitive attitude
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (friendly, clear, confident)
  • Detail-oriented organization—insurance requires accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in a CRM/database
  • Insurance agency experience is a plus
  • Current P&C and/or Life license is a plus
  • Prior sales and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
License Requirement
This is a licensed Insurance Sales position. You must have or be able to obtain:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Life License
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
